You may be wondering why I'm running something like this for free. If I think about any regrets I have with training and nutrition, the first thing I think of is 'when I started out, I wish I knew what I know now'.


I'm here to tell you that you don't have to spend endless hours in the gym to make progress. Nutrition doesn't have to be 'eating clean' and losing your mind with tasteless food. 


My goal as a coach is to bring the benefits of regular exercise and healthy eating to as many people as possible. The challenge helps me bring this message to as many people as I can.

Are there workouts?

Yes, it's up to you whether or not you do them. There are also nutrition and lifestyle changes discussed. If you can't workout, you'll still gain A LOT from the challenge.

Do I need a gym?

Yes, the workouts need access to a gym or home gym. There are no body weight/home workouts.

Do I need to be on social media?

People usually ask about Facebook. 'Do I need to join a group?'. You don't have to if you don't want to - the challenge is delivered via email all 14 days.
