My name is Philly Kinsella, I'm a full time nutrition coach/coach. I am a qualified personal trainer and have a Masters in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University College Dublin.
I've been working in the health and fitness industry since 2012. In this time I've clocked up thousands of hours of experience coaching a wide range of people. Small groups, large classes of 30+ people, senior classes (I train my mother in my home gym every week), teens, expectant mothers (all the way until due date with some) and post natal classes.
I absolutely love coaching, and introducing people to the benefits and importance of exercise, nutrition and weight training.
I returned to education in 2018 to achieve my Masters degree. It made sense to me - put the training and nutrition together to maximise results and promote health in the best possible way. I believe in life long learning and continue to pursue my personal development as a coach.
I believe training and nutrition is the key to good health, quality of life and longevity. Strong body, strong mind.
