My name is Philly Kinsella, I'm a full time nutrition coach/coach and currently studying a Masters in nutrition and health with UCD.

I've been working in the health and fitness industry since 2012. In this time I've clocked up thousands of hours of experience coaching a wide range of people. Small groups, large classes of 30+ people, senior classes (I train my mother in my home gym every week), teens, expectant mothers (all the way until due date with some) and post natal classes.

I absolutely love coaching people and introducing people to the benefits and importance of exercise, nutrition and weight training.

In 2015 I started to look in to nutrition and found it was something I really enjoyed learning. It also made sense to me - put the two together to maximise your results and promote your health in the best possible way. I wanted to learn as much as I could so the return to education and applying for a Masters seemed the logical choice (I would recommend this to anyone considering it).
