About Me

My name is Philly Kinsella, I'm a full time nutrition coach and qualified personal trainer. I have a Masters degree in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University College Dublin, and have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2012.

In this time I've clocked up thousands of hours of experience coaching a wide range of people. Small groups, large classes of 30+ people, senior classes, teens, expectant mothers (all the way until due date with some) and post natal classes.

I absolutely love training, food, and helping to introduce others to the benefits of exercise, good nutrition, and weight training.

The ethos of Strong Body Strong Mind is one of nurturing a positive relationship with food and exercise. Both are very powerful facets of living a healthy, energised life.

To have a strong body doesn't mean you can lift more than those around you, it means you prepared and able to use your body every day for your own well-being. It is performance, but it is also pushing back against the ageing process. To have a strong mind means having mental toughness and resilience in the face of adversity.

Strong Body Strong Mind - life is easier with both.
