The course itself was really informative & well presented. I felt supported throughout not only from Phil but also from the other members on the course, through a Facebook group Phil had set up. This was a great support with lots of recipes & ideas.
Phil himself was also there (weekends included) to answer any questions & help me in any way he could. He has helped me towards achieving my nutritional goals & his knowledge around nutrition is second to none.. He is really dedicated & passionate about helping people achieve their goals, it’s not just a job for him, it’s definitely a passion!
