Started the programme  at the end of July, thought I would share my progress.
The initial meeting was an eye opener. It really seemed like such a challenge and really hard to do, changing your eating habits and lifestyle is not easy.

2 and a half months later and I really feel the difference, I have so much more energy, sleep better and feel better.
I have stuck to my calories most days(a few slips, who doesn’t??) and my 10k steps each day consistently.


It was all worth it. Still have a long way to go but believe I can do it!!!
