I was in a place where I was training plenty but not losing weight, I knew I was missing a piece to the puzzle.


The group talk is so informative and is presented clearly, simply and enthusiastically. There’s no such thing as a “stupid question”. Initially the thought of tracking calories is a bit daunting, but Philly is there to answer any questions and make sure you’re on the right track.
The support of the group is invaluable and that accountability is what helps me stay on track (never mind the craic and banter that goes on too).
What I have learned and implemented works, and what I have gained is that if I have a bad day/week it’s not the end of the world. Whereas before I would have jumped off the wagon and let it hurtle down the mountain, now I chalk it down and get back on track.


I’ve lost weight and body fat, but just as important for me is how I feel…healthier, sleeping better, more energy for my kids, and hopefully a better role model too (my kids often ask which food is the healthy option!)


I’m just back from a weeks holiday and no change on the scales, that would never have happened before!
