I signed up for Philly’s Nutrition talk back in February.
I had maintained my weight for 12 months but then I started to get complacent with my food choices, my weight started to go up & my training was becoming more inconsistent. It was time to give myself a kick in the ass & sort things out.
A good few of my friends had already completed Philly’s talk they all recommended it and they all looked great.
The talk was very informative and easy to understand.
I loved the tracker sheet from the get go and I fill it out religiously on a daily basis, as I can see my progress. I have also learned it’s okay to have a bad day, not to feel guilty about it and then move on.
It makes you more aware of the foods, and the quality of the foods you are eating, and the plan is in no way restrictive on what you can eat so you never feel deprived. I still eat chocolate, just more conscious of the quantity I eat.
The Facebook group is brilliant. There is a very positive and encouraging group of people on there, who share recipes, tips, highs and lows. Also a lot of banter. Philly posts up regularly with information/articles which will be of interest to the group.
I am now on my 3rd 28 day cycle, my weight & measurements have all dropped, much more than I thought they would. My energy has increased and my training has now gone from 3 days a week to 5 or 6 times a week…..I’m back in love with Boot Camp.
If you want to get your nutrition in order I would definitely sign up to Philly’s Nutrition Talk. It works. You just have to TRUST THE PROCESS.
