The next small group PT training block starts early in May. There are 3 spots left and I expect them to be snapped up very soon. Here is some feedback from a current client Orla, who has signed up for her THIRD consecutive go.

‘I cannot recommend this small group training with Colin and Philly enough. They have both taught me so much and are always available on our Facebook support group to answer any questions. The support is unbelievable.
They have taught me that consistency is key which is a lesson I really needed to learn. I had one wobble at Easter that lasted 6 days and they really showed me some tough love which was exactly what I needed! It’s not always easy facing into the training after a long day but I have never once regretted it and I always feel great afterwards.
Everybody in the group is supportive and I’ve made new friends along the way and I definitely have one training buddy  who I can see myself training with in the future.
They have taught me to trust the process. My body fat has dropped, my shape has changed and I have also lost inches. I love and value this group so much that I’m now signed up for my third one! I think that speaks for itself.
