If you start an exercise programme, try to lose weight, or engage in some other form of self-improvement dont be naïve and assume that everyone you know will be supportive of what you're doing.
Be prepared that the opposite may be the case and it can be delivered in obvious and not-so-obvious ways.
This is a short video, but it's an important topic. On any journey of self-improvement you need to be prepared for negative comments and actions coming from unlikely sources. I hope it doesn't ever happen, but with losing weight it probably will.
